We have an unusually high density of camp projects for our size. When we fill out the placement questionnaire, we are committing to BMorg that we will do them. If we say we'll do something and don't, our placement in following years is jeopardized. So, project lifecycle & the artifacts we need are somewhat tied to the placement process.
Before we send in the placement questionnaire (in mid-May), a project needs a page on this wiki containing a vision statement and owner, and its structures need to appear in the stuff & transport spreadsheet in time to be laid out.
As soon as possible after we are placed (in mid-July), a project needs to have its remaining tasks in the master task list on Google Docs.
By a week before departure (late mid-August), a project needs to have enough of an on-site construction plan on the wiki, and enough of a parts inventory in the stuff & transport spreadsheet on Google Docs, for us to plan overall construction and transport.
