Carless Passengers, to make sure we're keeping track of everyone:

  • Acorn (EAR, with Brenda)
  • Tamara (EAR, with Brenda? wants early arrival as early as possible, ideally overnight in Reno Fri night and arrive early Sat)
  • Jane (EAR, with Sunshine? tentative plan arrive in Bay Area several days early to help with prep, and get ride in SF vehicle)
  • James (NOR, from Vancouver, with Loki)
  • Ashley (NOR, from Vancouver, with Loki)
  • Robert (NOR, from Oakland, with folks from another camp (Chris/Jeremy))

 

Arrival:

  • 6 early: Acorn, Brenda, Esteban, Jane, Sunshine, Tamara
  • 4 normal: Chris, Loki, James, Jerry

 

Instructions:

 

  • EAR= early arrival (must request in advance, needs pass). NOR = normal arrival, any time after 12:01am Mon.
  • Dimensions in feet, please.
  • Layout constraints is for whatever else we need to know to get a camp layout everybody will like.
  • The driver should be listed as a passenger; the idea is to avoid forgetting any vehicles, making incorrect assumptions or overbooking a vehicle.
  • If you have extra room in your vehicle stick a +N in passengers to indicate how many people you could take, or a +more in stuff to indicate you could take more stuff.
  • The most important things to list in stuff are:
    • whether you are also taking stuff for your passengers
    • any group stuff you are planning to transport
    • stuff that you plan to transport for non-passengers
    • trash
